In Aseprite, "Brush Size" behaves differently depending on which you have selected. You can access the Brush Types by right-clicking anywhere on the canvas or via the context toolbar.
When using larger brushes for outlines, turn on in the top toolbar. This prevents "doubles" (stray corner pixels) when drawing freehand curves, ensuring your lines remain crisp regardless of the brush size.
