Davinci Resolve Keeps Asking For Activation Key -

I recently ran into a frustrating loop where DaVinci Resolve (Studio) would prompt me for my activation key every single time I launched the software. Even though the key was accepted and the software activated, it would forget the status the next time I opened it.

This is the most common fix for Windows users.

Uninstall Studio and download the correct free version from Blackmagic Design's support page (look for "DaVinci Resolve" without "Studio" in the name).
