Here is how to do it via desktop and mobile.
Navigate to your folder (you may need to click "More" in the left-hand menu to find it). Open an email from the sender you wish to unblock. Open Gmail and click the in the top right corner
If you have an email from the sender, open it and click Unblock sender at the top of the message . From Settings:
Go to > See all settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses . Scan your list of filters.
Open Gmail > Click the Settings gear > See all settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses > Find the email > Click "Unblock."
Emails do not bounce back; they simply never reach your inbox.
