Even after activation, you may not have a PIN. Do this: Select the option to 'Set PIN/Generate PIN' from

Cards → Credit Card → Set PIN → Generate New PIN → Enter OTP → Set 4-digit PIN.

If you prefer using a desktop, you can activate your card through the official . Step 1: Log in with your User ID (CRN) and password. Step 2: Navigate to the 'Credit Card' tab on the dashboard.

Insert card → Select “PIN Generation” → Enter OTP received on mobile → Set 4-digit PIN. (This only works if card is already activated but has no PIN.)
