Snowpiercer S01e08: M4b !new!

Episode 8 is a turning point for Snowpiercer . It successfully sticks the landing on the revolution storyline, delivering on the promise the show made in its pilot. The episode asks whether the freedom of the many is worth the blood of the few, a question Layton grapples with heavily. It is a thrilling, character-driven hour that sets

“These Are His Steps” is the darkest episode of Snowpiercer’s first season because it doesn’t offer catharsis. It offers administration . Layton wins the Engine but loses the revolution. Melanie keeps her secret but gains a conscience she cannot afford. The tailies get a seat at the table, but the table is still in the back of the car.
