Better: Red Hat Satellite 6.17 Upgrade

Satellite 6.17 and its Capsule Servers must run on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 . If you are still on RHEL 8, you must perform an OS upgrade (via Leapp) before moving to Satellite 6.17.
