When you open the BBC iPlayer app on your TV, it generates a unique, temporary code. You must then visit the BBC website on a separate device (like a smartphone or laptop) to enter that code. This links your TV to your BBC account securely and quickly.

After successfully logging in to the website, a new field will appear asking for the code displayed on your television. bbc.com/account/tv code
