This will open a File Explorer window. This is your personal Startup folder. Any shortcut placed inside this folder will automatically launch when you log in to your account.
Restart your PC. The application should launch automatically after you log in.

Drag the new shortcut from your desktop into the Startup folder you opened in Step 1. This will open a File Explorer window
