A government officer arrives to test the village’s “miracle milk” — but she’s hiding a secret that connects to Janaki’s past.
Nandini’s team arrives with sedatives and cattle trucks. Janaki stands in the road with one pot of white milk (the last pure batch, saved in a clay pot under her hearth). She pours it in a circle around herself and Ganga. The milk solidifies into a salt-white wall. Nandini shoots at it. The bullets freeze mid-air and drop as milk teeth. Janaki milks Ganga at midnight
The episode opens in the opulent drawing-room of the Shah residence. The atmosphere is thick with tension. Sakina, the "Doodh Wali" who nourished the family's heir, Sameer, stands clutching a frayed dupatta, her eyes fixed on the floor. Opposite her sits Nafeesa, Sameer’s biological mother, whose gaze is cold and calculating.

Sameer rushes out to handle the police. He is humiliated. He turns to Sakina, looking for an answer. "Is this what you wanted? To bring the law to my house?"
As she reaches the gate, Sameer’s car screeches to a halt in front of her. He jumps out. He has just spoken to the family doctor, who revealed that Qasim was seen taking money from a "relative" of the family (hinting at Nafeesa’s involvement).
Sameer grabs her bag and throws it back inside. He turns to the house, screaming for Nafeesa and Sara. "This house respects the mother who feeds it. If Sakina leaves, I leave with her."
