Proceed to the Exit Tunnel (the same location as Secret #5). Go through that vent and follow the path to the now-unlocked secret exit. Level Challenge: "Don't Touch Any Water"

High above the arena is a distant platform. You'll need to use hookpoints or a rocket ride to reach it. Warning: Collecting this Blood Orb spawns two Cerberi that lock you in until they’re dead. 5-1 ultrakill secrets

To the right of the first green hookpoint, hidden behind stalagmites. Proceed to the Exit Tunnel (the same location as Secret #5)

: Hidden in a hole/small cave behind the first puddle of water. You'll need to use hookpoints or a rocket ride to reach it

Right before the second blue hookpoint, look for a hidden alcove tucked directly underneath the ledge you just jumped from.

Dive into the water (or walk if drained) into an underwater alcove located beneath the stone walkway/pathway to find this orb.

After the long street section, don't jump off the tram immediately! Stay on it until it crashes through the barricade at the end of the line. There is a fresh corpse behind the wreckage with a Blue Skull (and a secret encounter). 💀
