While Frank tries to navigate the political disaster with the "supermarket" delegations, the real emotional weight falls on the secondary characters. The resolution of the Barry/Taco storyline is particularly dark, even by Seth Rogen standards, delivering a twist that is equal parts horrifying and bizarrely heartwarming.
