Occasionally, the issue is on Enscape’s end. Large libraries of proxy assets (high-poly trees and furniture) sometimes fail to load the "thumbnail" geometry into the host software. The object exists in the data, but because the geometry failed to load in the viewport, Enscape assumes there is nothing to render.
