Open the Google Drive app on your iPhone. Step 2: Navigate to the photo or image you want to save. Step 3: Tap the three dots (...) in the top-right corner of the photo thumbnail (or open the photo and tap the three dots in the top-right corner). Step 4: Look for the option that says “Send a copy” (or sometimes just “Save”). Step 5: A pop-up menu will appear. Select “Save Image.”
