Unplug → remove paper manually → oil → try reverse/forward cycles. Lubricate regularly and respect sheet limits. Most jams are preventable with monthly oiling and sensible feeding. If you hear the motor straining but nothing moves, stop immediately and unplug – forcing it can burn out the motor permanently.
