"Printer Properties" (system-level) is different from "Properties" (document-level). Document Properties only let you change paper size, orientation, and quality for the current print job.

Search for "Control Panel" in the taskbar. Navigate to Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers . Right-click your printer icon and select Printer properties . Right-click your printer icon and select Printer properties
If you need to change driver-level settings (like memory, font substitution, or separator pages):
Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners . Select your printer from the list to reveal the Printer properties tab.
